What it does and doesn’t do, which orders it watches, and where every number comes from.
Where do I find my tariff items?
On your customs accounting documents, or in your broker’s reports. Ask your broker for the list of tariff items you imported under last year. If you don’t have them, your broker or CBSA can confirm them.
Can it tell me what tariff item my product falls under?
No. Classification is a judgement about your goods, and it belongs with your broker or a CBSA ruling. This service starts from the item you give it.
Does it replace my customs broker?
No. It doesn’t file anything or act for you. It tells you what changed, so you and your broker can act in time.
What does it mean when it says relief may apply?
Your tariff item is listed in a remission order. Each order has conditions, so it shows you the order and the conditions to read. It never says you’re owed anything.
Which orders do you watch?
The United States Surtax Order (2026), the steel and aluminum orders, the steel derivative order, the safeguard orders on goods such as canned vegetables and wood cabinets, the China surtax order, and the remission orders that go with them.
Is this legal or customs advice?
No. It’s information from published orders and notices, with the source on every line. Decisions stay with you and your broker.
What does it cost?
$59 a month, for up to 200 tariff items. The first 7 days are free with no card, and you can cancel any time.
Who can sign up?
Businesses only.
